All credit card/debit card orders are processed through Paypal. Information supplied to Portraitmemories.co.uk will be used only for the purposes of processing and delivering your order, and will not be passed on to any other third parties.
To help avoid un authorised card use, my orders will only be dispatched to the cardholder's address.

All the images displayed on this website are copyright of Tracy Collins. All rights reserved. By purchasing goods you only acquire ownership of the physical goods. You do not acquire any right or intellectual property rights to reuse the images. It is a breach of copyright to publish, copy, reprint, distribute, broadcast or otherwise use any image without prior written agreement.
Note - If your photograph/s have been professionally taken, you may need to obtain a copyright release from the photographer.
What if you don't like your portrait! - Tell me about it!
It is important to me that you are completely satisfied with my work - If for ANY reason you are not satisfied, tell me. Wherever possible, I will work with you to achieve a desired result. I have never had a dissatisfied customer and it is my aim to make sure that this is always the case.
Defective or Damaged Artwork
Your picture is unframed and will be sent to you in a rigid postal tube. To avoid disappointment i will send your completed commission to you by insured carrier, this provides total peace of mind of a safe delivery.
